RETECHUNLOCKER uses account information to provide sign-in, customer support, and the services available on this website. This notice explains what the website collects and how it is used.

Information we collect

When you create an account, we receive your name and email address. If you choose Google sign-in, Google shares your basic profile information, including your name and email address, for account creation and authentication. We do not ask Google for access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts, or files. You may also provide profile details, order information, device or service details, and messages in support requests.

We store account sessions and security records needed to protect accounts and investigate misuse. The site uses necessary sign-in cookies. Payment and order records are created only when a service and payment method are available and you submit an order.

How we use and share information

We use this information to authenticate you, manage your account, answer support requests, process orders, send account emails, and secure the service. Our hosting, database, and email providers process information needed to deliver those functions. If an order service is connected, the information needed to fulfill that order may be shared with its provider. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and your choices

Account information and related records are retained as needed to operate the service, meet applicable obligations, and resolve security or support issues. You can review or update available profile information in your profile. For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact the user-support email displayed on our Google sign-in consent screen. Signed-in users can also open a ticket through Contact & support. You can revoke RETECHUNLOCKER access to your Google account in your Google account settings; this does not by itself delete your RETECHUNLOCKER account.

Changes

We may update this notice when the website or its services change. The updated version and date will appear on this page.
